Job Summary

Primary responsibilities for this high-visibility position:

  • Work closely with all relevant Bosch departments (i.e.: Marketing Customer Service Operations Finance Logistics) to achieve customer satisfaction while meeting service level sales and profit targets for assigned customer
  • Work closely with the customers Category Managers to develop joint category plans drive new initiatives and be the lead at Bosch for the customers line review process
  • Build and maintain 100% portfolio and price alignment with the customer
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with the customer
  • Learn the competition and drive new business ideas
  • Arrange and host joint market visits with the customer nationwide
  • Track key account metrics and drive improvement activities across both organizations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree (Business Admin Sales/Marketing preferred) or equivalent relevant experience required
  • 5 years of relevant Automotive and/or Large National Accounts experience
  • A strong understanding of the Bosch aftermarket product portfolio the aftermarket in general and the competitive landscape.
  • Experience with product life-cycle management and global supply chain management
  • Excellent verbal written and persuasive communications skills along with a fact based sales approach
  • Strong analytical skills in developing strategies resolving problems and the ability and desire to take the lead on projects
  • Intermediate computer skills including use of MS Office applications with deeper and more robust experience in all main facets of Microsoft Excel
  • Prefer prior sales category management and/or marketing experience or prior new business / key account / channel management responsibilities within the automotive industry

Additional Information :

This position requires the ability to be physically present at either our Oakbrook Terrace IL or Atlanta GA location.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100000 - $120000. Within the range individual pay is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and job knowledge complexity of the role job location etc.
