Job Summary

TITLE: Senior Data Analyst

Location: Chicago IL (some travel to McLean VA maybe required)
Duration:7 months

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Senior Data Analysts to support advanced data engineering and analytics initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise handson problem solving and the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.

Core Technical Skills

Python / PySpark: Skilled in data processing using Databricks or Jupyter Notebooks.
SQL: Proficient in complex data manipulation and retrieval.
AWS (S3): Experience consuming and managing data in cloud storage.
Snowflake: Handson background in cloud data warehousing.
Linux / Unix: Comfortable with shell scripting for navigation and automation.
Dashboarding / Visualization: Strong experience with tools such as Tableau Power BI or QuickSight.

Preferred Qualifications

Capital One Experience: Familiarity with internal tools and ecosystem is highly valued for faster onboarding.
Proactive Learner: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes without extensive documentation.
SelfStarter: Demonstrated capability to take ownership of problems and drive solutions independently.
