Job Summary
Must Have Skills:
Free Parking onsite
EPA- Certification is a plus however not required
Role will work under licensed plumber and hvac worker
Reliable transportation
Minimum High School Diploma Must have skills: Top candidates would have both Commercial /Industrial plumbing and knowledge of HVAC (AHUs exhaust fans etc.)
Must have skills: Proficient with hand and power tools: pipe wrenches pipe cutters threading machines pressure test pumps gauges
Experience with various piping materials: copper PVC PEX steel
Familiarity with: o Water supply drainage gas steam and HVAC piping systems o Steam and hot water system repairs/ Chilled water systems and HVAC piping o basic plumbing skills) o Performing preventative maintenance on mechanical systems o Interpret and apply technical drawings schematics and documentation. o Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. o Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements. o Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation. o Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues. Preferred/ Nice to Have Skills: o Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed. o Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards.
