Your contribution to something big: 

• Analyze complex HR processes identifying key areas for digital transformation and intelligent automation translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications;
• Use OutSystems AA360 ServiceNow and others to design develop and implement robust low-code applications driving the automation of critical HR workflows and enhancing user experience;
• Orchestrate AI & automation projects from conception to deployment ensuring timely delivery adherence to quality standards and successful integration into existing HR systems;
• Facilitate effective communication between HR stakeholders and technical teams ensuring a shared understanding and smooth project execution;
• Explore and integrate AI capabilities into HR solutions focusing on practical applications that deliver tangible value.

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you:

• Education: Degree in Business Informatics Computer Science or a comparable field.
• Experience & know-how:
  • Approximately 3 years of professional experience in business analysis automation development or project management ideally within an HR or IT context;
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing solutions ideally with OutSystems;
  • Solid understanding of low-code development principles and agile methodologies;
  • Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications;
  • Understanding of AI integration principles
• Personality & Way of Working:
  • You proactively drive initiatives demonstrating resilience under pressure and continuously seek new knowledge to enhance your skills and contribute to team success;
  • You effortlessly bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders translating complex concepts into clear understandable language and fostering collaborative solutions;
  • You are passionate about leveraging technology to optimize HR processes and show a keen interest in the practical application and integration of AI to create smarter more efficient solutions.
• Languages: Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
