Job Summary
The Finance Assistant will support the Finance Manager with deal processing document verification data entry customer contracts and ensuring compliance with dealership state and lender requirements. This role requires accuracy confidentiality and strong organizational skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Finance Manager with preparing reviewing and submitting finance and lease documents.
- Verify customer information proof of income insurance and compliance forms.
- Manage contracts DMV paperwork and deal jackets to ensure accuracy and completion.
- Input financial data into dealership systems (DMS/CRM).
- Communicate with banks lenders and customers regarding missing documents or approvals.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Support daily administrative tasks and month-end reporting.
- Ensure adherence to dealership policies legal requirements and lender guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in finance automotive dealership or administrative role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with dealership software is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of financial terminology and credit applications.
