5. As an embedded software engineer you will work with Carters global team to develop embedded software for Carters heavy-duty machines to ensure superior performance durability quality and maintainability of products.
As a member of the Electrical & Electronic Hardware Specialist team you will be involved in the following.
JOB DUTIES
The key role of this engineering position is to
Designing electronic circuit schematics and PCB layouts for embedded electronic products.
Performing circuit simulation and verification using tools such as Pspice or LTspice or equivalent.
Supporting technical issue resolution for diesel generator set controllers and DCDC convertor (experience preferred).
Assisting project teams with technical documentation solution reviews and product optimization.
Following the project development process rigorously and maintaining related documentation.
Participating in phase reviews according to project milestones.
Maintaining confidentiality and completing other tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements
Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science Communications Electronic Information Mechatronics Automation Electrical Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 4 years of experience in embedded hardware development (2 years for Masters degree holders).
Proficient in schematic design and PCB layout; experienced in circuit simulation using Pspice LTspice or similar tools.
Experience with EMC simulation using Ansys is a plus.
Prior experience in diesel generator controller or DCDC development is a plus.
Skilled in Microsoft Office tools: Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook.
English proficiency: CET-6 or above with strong listening speaking and writing skills.
Proactive communicative expressive logical and innovative mindset.
