Job Summary
The role
This is a Senior Associate position working with Andrew Vincent. Working in the team you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of complex finance transactions with a particular focus on the rapidly expanding universe of private will work closely with Andrew but the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to take the leading role in the matters draft complex documents and liaise directly with clients.
