Job Summary

QUICK SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead the organizations accounting operations and financial reporting functions. This role will oversee all accounting activities ensure compliance with GAAP and partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

The Controller will manage the accounting team maintain strong internal controls and play a key role in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis. This position requires a confident communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who can translate financial data into actionable business insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee all accounting operations ledgers and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Lead budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
Develop and maintain financial controls and accounting policies
Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy and planning
Mentor and lead the accounting team

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field (Masters preferred)
10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
5 years in a senior accounting leadership role
CPA or equivalent certification preferred
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
