Job Summary
- Oversee all accounting functions including GL AR/AP payroll and financial reporting
- Manage month-end quarter-end and year-end close processes within ERP systems
- Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
- Lead cost accounting processes including standard costing variance analysis and inventory valuation
- Maintain and optimize ERP system usage for accounting inventory and reporting functions
- Partner with operations supply chain and production teams to ensure accurate cost tracking
- Analyze manufacturing costs including labor materials and overhead
- Develop budgets forecasts and financial models
- Strengthen internal controls and support audits
- Improve reporting processes and automate workflows using ERP capabilities
- Support pricing strategies with accurate cost data
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- CPA preferred
- 10 years of accounting experience with strong manufacturing background
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting inventory management and financial reporting
- Experience with GAAP and audit processes
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capability
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in cosmetics personal care or OEM/ODM manufacturing
- Experience with system implementations or ERP optimization
- Exposure to multi-entity or multi-location environments
