Austin Bridge & Roadhas an outstanding opportunity for aAdministrative Coordinatorin Gainesville Texas.AAdministrative Coordinatorsupports project managers and project teams by handling administrative coordination and documentation tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain organized project documentation trackers and filing systems.
- Collect sort and log concrete and haul tickets for project records and invoice processing.
- Update and maintain project management tools and systems.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes procedures and compliance standards.
- Monitor project timelines deliverables and action items ensuring timely followâup and completion.
- Provide ad hoc administrative and project support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and timeâmanagement skills
- Attention to detail and document control
- Professional communication (written and verbal)
- Task prioritization and followâthrough
- Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 (Excel Word Teams SharePoint)
- Basic reporting and data tracking
- Include preferred skills additional certifications relevant experience that would be beneficial for the role but not strictly required.
Requirements:
- 2 of administrative project coordination or office support experience. Familiarity with construction documentation is preferred.
- Experience in administrative or project support roles
- Strong organizational and timeâmanagement skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Selfâmotivated dependable and able to manage competing priorities.
- Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 (Excel Word Teams SharePoint)
