Austin Bridge & Roadhas an outstanding opportunity for aAdministrative Coordinatorin Gainesville Texas.AAdministrative Coordinatorsupports project managers and project teams by handling administrative coordination and documentation tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining project documentation (plans schedules reports meeting minutes)
• Coordinating meetings agendas and followâups
• Tracking project timelines deliverables and action items
• Updating project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet MS Project Jira)
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and timeâmanagement skills
• Attention to detail and document control
• Professional communication (written and verbal)
• Task prioritization and followâthrough
• Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 (Excel Word Teams SharePoint)
• Basic reporting and data tracking
• Include preferred skills additional certifications relevant experience that would be beneficial for the role but not strictly required.

Requirements:

• 2 of administrative project coordination or office support experience. Familiarity with construction documentation is preferred.
• Experience in administrative or project support roles
• Associates or Bachelors degree (business management or related)
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
