About the Role
Join a global e-commerce leader and help ensure a safe and high-quality online environment for millions of users. As a Content Moderator you will review and evaluate user-generated content ensuring it complies with platform policies and quality standards while applying your local market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate user-generated content according to platform policies.
Identify policy or legal issues and escalate when necessary.
Maintain high-quality standards across the platform.
Stay updated on e-commerce products services and moderation guidelines.
Manage high volumes of content during promotion seasons and campaign peaks.
Apply strong customer service skills empathy and rational decision-making.
Adapt to evolving policies guidelines and schedules.

Requirements

Hungarian: Native / C2 level
English: B2 level
Strong moderation and customer service skills
Knowledge of e-commerce and local market trends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive content professionally
Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts with 2 rotational days off

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: 920/month 14 months
Complexity Bonus: 45/month 11 months
Meal Allowance: 7.63/day net
Health Insurance: From Day 1 (employee contribution required free after 6 months)

Work Schedule

24/7 rotational shifts
8 hours/day 5 days/week
2 rotational days off
Monthly schedule provided in advance
Night shifts paid according to Portuguese labor law (25% minimum)
