About the Role
Join a global e-commerce leader and help maintain a safe high-quality online environment for millions of users. As a Content Moderator you will review user-generated content and ensure it aligns with platform policies and local market standards while applying strong analytical and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and quality standards
Identify policy or legal issues and escalate when necessary
Manage high content volumes during promotional campaigns and peak seasons
Apply strong customer service skills empathy and rational decision-making
Stay up to date on e-commerce products services and moderation guidelines
Adapt to evolving policies guidelines and rotational schedules

Requirements

Greek: Native / C2 level
English: B2 level
Strong moderation and customer service skills
Understanding of e-commerce and local market trends
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to handle sensitive content professionally
Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts with 2 rotational days off

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: 920/month 14 months
Complexity Bonus: 45/month 11 months
Meal Allowance: 7.63/day (net)
Health Insurance from Day 1 (employee contribution required free after 6 months)

Work Schedule

24/7 rotational shifts
8 hours per day 5 days per week
2 rotational days off
Monthly schedule provided in advance
Night shifts paid according to Portuguese labor law (25% minimum)
