Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional technical support via phone email chat and social media

  • Assist customers with product functionality troubleshooting and technical inquiries

Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2).
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
  • Experience: 01 year in customer support or related roles.
  • Skills: Strong communication problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
