Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to manage payroll administration and assist with foreign employee visa processing. This role will ensure payroll accuracy compliance with statutory requirements and proper coordination of work permits and immigration-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration

Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

Maintain payroll records including attendance leave overtime and allowances.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EPF SOCSO EIS and PCB.

Handle payroll-related queries from employees.
-
Generate payroll reports and support finance with payroll reconciliation.
Visa & Immigration Processing

Assist in processing employment passes work permits and visa renewals for foreign employees.
-
Prepare and submit required documentation to relevant authorities.
-
Monitor visa expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
-
Liaise with government agencies and external vendors regarding immigration matters.

Maintain proper documentation and records for all foreign employees.
HR Administrative Support

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
-
Assist with onboarding documentation for new hires.
-
Support the HR team in general HR administrative tasks when required.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Requirements
-
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field.
-
12 years of experience in payroll processing or HR administration (fresh graduates may be considered).

Knowledge of Malaysian payroll statutory requirements (EPF SOCSO EIS PCB).

Basic understanding of visa or work permit processing is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
