Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise a dedicated team in executing installation and commissioning of ELV fire safety and carpark system projects ensuring high-quality service delivery and meeting business objectives.
• Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced engineers supporting their technical proficiency as well as personal and professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a commitment to outstanding client satisfaction.
• Enhance team operational efficiency by continuously improving processes and workflows; offer technical consultancy and ongoing support to all team members.
• Assist on projects coordinating with internal departments and external partners to achieve timely and successful project delivery as a sub-task of the overall role.
• Oversee and assist engineers in proper document submission for projects ensuring compliance and smooth workflow.
• Assist the management and finance teams in project payment collection billing and cashflow handling.
• Support the overall development of the team fostering a positive collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
• Carry out any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Computer Electronic or Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience managing small teams in fieldwork or installation projects.
• Extensive knowledge of ELV systems carpark system and fire safety system.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience mentoring less experienced engineers.
• Proficient in both Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent ability to prioritize remain strategic and take a proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience with project billing and cashflow management is a plus.
