Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Corporate Administrator to join our clients team of professionals at their Nicosia office. Our client is a prestigious family office with various entities in the financial and other sectors.


The Role:

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Cyprus and other jurisdictions corporate regulations with hands-on experience in dealing with the Registrar of Companies and other related governmental authorities. This role will also involve coordinating migration services for company employees and supporting various other corporate administrative and legal/governmental functions within this Group of companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare review and file documents with the Registrar of Companies and other relevant authorities in Cyprus and other jurisdictions.
  • Communicate effectively with government departments notaries agents and service providers.
  • Maintain accurate corporate records databases and registers.
  • Oversee and assist with migration processes for employees in Cyprus ensuring full compliance with applicable laws (mainly one application per month).
  • Handle general corporate administrative tasks and support management with various legal/governmental related matters.


Your Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Administrator ideally within a multinational or corporate services environment.
  • Knowledge of Cyprus and other jurisdictions corporate regulations and migration Cyprus regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Greek both written and verbal; Russian will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business correspondence.
  • Detail-oriented reliable and proactive problem solver.
