German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist Relocation Opportunity Porto
An internationally recognized customer experience company is currently looking to strengthen its multilingual team in Porto Portugal.
This opportunity is ideal for German speakers who would like to start or continue their career in an international environment while living in one of Europes most beautiful coastal cities.
Your Role
As a Customer Support Specialist you will act as the main point of contact for German-speaking customers ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer experience.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Handling customer inquiries through phone email and chat
Providing accurate information and solutions to customer requests
Troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through solutions
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
Fluent German (C2 level)
English B2 level or higher
EU citizenship or Portuguese work authorization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service mindset
Willingness to relocate to Porto in the near future
