Commercial Compliance and Contracts Specialist (wmd)

About the Role

Were looking for a Commercial Compliance and Contracts Specialist to drive operational excellence across our SaaS commercial workflows in EMEA. This role is all about program management process ownership and crossfunctional coordination.

You will manage the endtoend administrative and operational flow of salesrelated contracts and compliance documentation ensuring accuracy efficiency and alignment with our policies and global rules and requirements. You will partner with Sales Information Security Finance Export Compliance Legal and Operations to streamline processes improve systems and support a highperforming commercial organization.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in structured execution crossfunctional alignment and building scalable processes in a fastgrowing SaaS environment.

Form of work: Its a 5-days in the office role full onsite.

What You Will Do

Program Management & Process Ownership

• Support Sales to administer customer contracts and compliance documentation across EMEA from intake to approval and execution.
• Manage workflows routing approvals and documentation to ensure consistency compliance and speed.
• Drive crossfunctional alignment by coordinating with Sales Information Security Finance Legal and Operations.
• Monitor process performance identify bottlenecks and implement improvements that enhance deal velocity and reduce risk.

Commercial Compliance Enablement

• Coordinate customerfacing compliance responses including security questionnaires ESG forms and dataprotection documentation.
• Maintain accurate uptodate compliance materials for Sales and customerfacing teams.

Sales & Revenue Operations Support

• Train and support Sales teams on contracting workflows processes global rules and policy requirements in partnership with internal stakeholders as required.
• Provide clear guidance on process steps documentation needs and operational expectations.
• Partner with Operations to ensure consistency and alignment with global commercial standards.

Systems & Tooling Ownership

• Maintain and improve the contracts repository template library and internal documentation.
• Support enhancements to CLM systems Salesforce integrations and automation initiatives.
• Ensure contract metadata audit trails and documentation are accurate and consistently maintained.

Continuous Improvement & Scalability

• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate contracting and compliance workflows.
• Lead or participate in crossfunctional projects focused on scaling commercial operations across EMEA.
• Champion operational excellence and consistency across all commercial processes.

Qualifications :

• ProgramOriented: 5 years in commercial operations contract operations revenue operations or program management ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• ProcessDriven: Strong ability to design manage and improve operational workflows across multiple teams and time zones.
• ComplianceAware: Familiar with GDPR/UKGDPR dataprocessing obligations and customer assurance expectations in EMEA.
• Operationally Excellent: Highly organized detailfocused and able to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy.
• TechSavvy: Experience with CLM tools Salesforce and workflow automation platforms.
• Collaborative: Skilled at building strong relationships across Sales InfoSec Finance Legal and Operations.
• ScalabilityFocused: Passionate about creating repeatable efficient and compliant processes that support growth.
