Job Overview
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide high-quality assistance to customers in a dynamic international this role you will support travelers and partners by handling various service requests resolving issues and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will communicate primarily in German while also using English for internal communication and training. This role offers the opportunity to gain international experience while working remotely from Thessaloniki Greece.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and messaging in a timely and professional manner.

Assist customers with booking-related requests including reservations cancellations and modifications.

Handle payment inquiries process refunds and resolve billing issues.

Manage complaints and provide effective solutions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Provide guidance and support regarding account access and online platform features.

Assist with review-related questions and customer feedback issues.

Deliver accurate information about services policies and available options.

Maintain clear and professional written communication with customers and internal teams.

Work with multiple systems and tools simultaneously while managing several customer interactions.

Follow company procedures and service standards to ensure consistent support quality.
Requirements

Native or C1 level proficiency in German (spoken and written).

B2 level proficiency in English for training and internal communication.

Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.

Good computer literacy including familiarity with Windows basic troubleshooting and keyboard shortcuts.

Ability to multitask and manage several customer inquiries simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work in rotating shifts including occasional weekends and bank holidays.

Previous experience in customer service contact centers or hospitality is an advantage but not required.
