Job Description: We are currently seeking both male and female candidates to join our team as Airport Representatives. As an Airport Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers and airlines at the airport. Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in boarding and baggage handling as well as coordinating with airline staff to ensure timely and safe flights. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates - Handle and tag baggage according to airline procedures - Ensure compliance with airport security protocols - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and other inquiries - Coordinate with airline staff to ensure smooth and timely boarding and departure of flights - Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times - Adhere to all company policies and procedures Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage when needed - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours will be based on a shift schedule which may include early mornings evenings and weekends.
