Schedule: MonFri 09:00 18:00 (39h/week)

Salary: 21376 gross/year up to 3000 bonus

Your Role

Provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone email and chat.

Resolve inquiries regarding vehicle features maintenance and brand services.

Maintain a premium customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

What You Need

Fluency in Dutch (Native/C1) and a good level of English.

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Reliable internet connection for remote work within Spain.

Valid NIE and Spanish Social Security number.
