Role Purpose & Success Outcomes

Purpose: Own factory-level quality systems to ensure production meets customer regulatory and internal standards.

• Defect rates remain within agreed thresholds
• Quality data is accurately captured and acted upon
• Inspection teams operate consistently and effectively
• Customer and external audit requirements are met

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain inspection and reporting procedures
• Supervise inspectors and technicians across workshops
• Monitor production processes and final outputs for compliance
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and preventive actions
• Liaise with production teams to resolve quality issues quickly
• Maintain quality records reports and audit documentation
• Coordinate with external QA auditors during inspections

Candidate Profile

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Quality Management Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred) is a strong advantage

Professional Experience

• Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager or Supervisor in garment manufacturing
• Outerwear or activewear experience is a nice-to-have

Technical Skills

• Quality assurance methodologies and standards
• Data analysis and statistical review
• MS Office and database tools

Knowledge Domain
