Job Summary

We are currently seeking an Entry Level Video Editor to join our growing team. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for video editing and a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into a finished product that meets the companys standards and clients needs

- Use video editing software to add music sound effects and transitions to enhance the overall quality of the videos

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects

- Ensure all videos are delivered on time and within budget

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve video editing skills

- Assist with other video production tasks as needed such as filming and directing

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree or diploma in Film Media or a related field

- Previous experience in video editing is preferred but not required

- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to take direction and work independently

- Must be able to provide a portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous video editing work
