Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our travel team as a Cruise Booking Agent. In this role you will assist clients with researching planning and booking cruise vacations while providing excellent customer service throughout the travel planning process.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people have an interest in travelespecially cruisingand are looking for a flexible remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with researching and selecting cruise itineraries that match their travel preferences
- Provide information on cruise lines ships destinations and onboard experiences
- Coordinate cruise reservations cabins and travel details through approved travel suppliers
- Communicate with clients before and after booking to ensure a smooth travel planning experience
- Stay informed about cruise promotions itineraries and supplier updates

Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications

Provide ongoing customer support before and after travel as needed
Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Interest in the cruise and travel industry

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using online booking systems email and basic computer applications
