Job Summary
My client is seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager to lead innovation within a rapidly growing Veterinary Systems portfolio. This role sits at the center of product strategy surgeon and veterinarian collaboration and cutting-edge development of surgical technologies. Youll guide products from concept through commercialization while shaping solutions that improve care for animal patients worldwide.

What Youll Be Doing
Lead strategy development and lifecycle management of veterinary surgical products
Partner with R&D engineering and manufacturing on new product development
Conduct market research pricing strategy and competitive analysis
Build relationships with key surgeons veterinarians and commercial partners
Guide product launches training and promotional initiatives
Support field teams and key sales situations
Monitor product performance and guide improvements throughout the lifecycle
About You
Be able to do the job as described.
Knowledge of surgical orthopedics and/or arthroscopy
Ability to train surgeons veterinarians and sales teams on procedures and technology
Comfortable working with cadaveric specimens for product development or training
Ability to lead and guide other product or project managers
