Join Baldertons Portfolio Talent team to build the data infrastructure and AI-enabled workflows that power executive hiring across Europes most ambitious startups. You will bridge the gap between venture capital and talent operations supporting founders of companies like Revolut and Wayve while scaling a world-class network of elite leadership talent.

Analytical builder mindset with a obsession for data integrity and the ability to create structured processes from ambiguity.
Proactive explorer of modern technology and AI tools eager to leverage new platforms to drive operational efficiency and insights.
