With continued growth ahead Allwyn is looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager to lead and manage all Allwyns group-wide Transfer pricing matters. This role will provide strategic guidance on financial structures M&A transactions and global Transfer Pricing (TP) policy while ensuring compliance scalability and alignment with our international operating model. The role directly reports to the Group Head of Tax.
What youll do:
- Shape and lead Allwyns global transfer pricing (TP) strategy and advise on financial structures and M&A Transactions.
- Develop and maintain TP policies models and documentation across the Group.
- Provide operational TP support ensuring accurate pricing of intercompany services royalties and recharges.
- Manage audit defense and controversy proactively handling tax authority queries Contribute to M&A structuring and postdeal integration including TP implications valuation considerations and IP migration.
- Build and maintain a consistent Group TP policy aligned with OECD and local requirements.
- Develop and maintain a global TP risk map to proactively identify exposures ahead of audits.
- Lead and support tax automation and tax technology initiatives to streamline TP processes and improve datadriven decision making.
- Oversee and coordinate intercompany agreements to ensure legal financial and tax compliance.
- Act as the Groups primary expert and advisor on all TP matters supporting senior stakeholders.
What do you need to succeed
- Strong experience in transfer pricing within a multinational group or Big4.
- Indepth knowledge of Global TP frameworks (OECD BEPS Pillar Two).
- Experience in regulated industries is an advantage.
- Ability to simplify complex TP concepts and guide internal teams effectively.
- Confident communicator able to influence senior leaders and collaborate across markets.
- Strong analytical thinking with experience in TP modelling and technical documentation.
- Experience with tax automation and tax technology tools (e.g. TP automation dataanalytics solutions).
- Experience in the gaming or broader gambling industry is an advantage.
- Comfortable working across multiple markets cultures and functions.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a bonus.
