About the RN RoleAs an MPA Registered Nurse youll partner with our clinical and residential teams to ensure the health and wellbeing of the youth in our care. This is a day shift fulltime role at our Plymouth campus where you will provide oversight support and continuity of care for role is ideal for an RN who thrives in a relationshipcentered environment and wants to work closely with adolescents on their healing Youll Do:Oversee and support the medical needs of adolescent residentsReview intake information gather medical background and complete health assessmentsMeet with new residents within 24 hours of intakeEnsure updated immunization and physical recordsAssess and treat minor medical concerns coordinate specialist referralsCommunicate with outside providers (psychiatrists pediatricians etc.)Collaborate with Clinical team for medication managementCreate and maintain Medication Administration Records (MARs)Monitor medication side effects and document accuratelyTrain residential staff in medication administrationKeep families and guardians informed of health-related updatesSchedule appointments and coordinate medical servicesDocument all services within 24 hoursSupport a safe healthy environment for youthWhat You Bring:Registered Nurse (RN) license2 years working with adolescents preferredStrong communication and assessment skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary teamMust pass background checkAuthorized to work in the & Perks Youll Actually LoveWe believe in taking care of our team so they can take care of others.
