Shift: 3rd Shift MondayFriday 11:00 PM 7:30 AM (1st shift for 23 weeks during training)
Job Description:
Immediate opening for an HVAC Night Shift Supervisor. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a night shift team while still being involved in troubleshooting and maintaining building systems. If youve led techs before and know HVAC inside and out this is a strong opportunity with a quick hiring process.
Youll be responsible for running the shift assigning work and making sure maintenance and repairs get done without disrupting operations. Work includes HVAC electrical plumbing and general mechanical systems. Youll handle service requests respond to emergencies perform inspections and keep systems running efficiently. Youll also be tracking work orders reporting issues and helping plan repairs or upgrades.
This role includes mentoring junior techs working with vendors and keeping safety standards tight. Youll be expected to step in when needed troubleshoot problems and keep the team moving.
Looking for someone with 5 years of HVAC experience and at least 2 years leading or supervising others. EPA Universal Certification and a Massachusetts Refrigeration License are required. Must be comfortable working nights being on your feet climbing ladders and handling the physical side of the job.
