Location: Hackensack NJ (Hybrid)

A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its Hackensack office. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial and trusts & estates disputes while gaining hands-on litigation experience. The firm offers a supportive team-oriented environment where attorneys are encouraged to take ownership of their work build their skills and grow their careers.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis related to commercial disputes and trusts & estates litigation matters
Draft pleadings motions briefs discovery requests and settlement agreements
Assist in developing litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys
Participate in court appearances hearings depositions conferences and negotiations
Manage case files and support matters through all phases of the litigation process
Communicate effectively with clients including business clients fiduciaries and beneficiaries

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active admission to the New Jersey State Bar
Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience
Experience or exposure to commercial litigation and/or trusts & estates disputes preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $120000 $175000 depending on experience and qualifications
Hybrid flexibility (3x remote / 2x onsite)
