Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative to join a this role you will support the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of select business. Working under the guidance of a lead servicer you will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities
- Assist the lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Set up and maintain accurate account details contacts and policy information in EPIC.
- Organize attach and name documents in EPIC for efficient record-keeping.
- Utilize templates and system-generated letters/forms to produce standard communications such as BORs proposal letters change requests and proofs of insurance.
- Process policy endorsements in EPIC.
- Create and assign activities in EPIC to appropriate team members.
- Order and manage loss runs as required.
Qualifications/Requirements
Work Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance.
Professional Licenses/Certifications
- Must obtain a state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified timeframe.
Essential Skills/Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word with basic formatting skills.
- Ability to learn and understand coverage fundamentals.
- Strong commitment to meeting the expectations and requirements of clients and colleagues.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to find common ground quickly.
- Eagerness to stay updated on industry trends new products and technology to enhance performance.
- Excellent written oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to follow established processes and workflows to achieve solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Results-driven with the ability to work under the close direction of senior team members.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
