Were looking for an experienced Systems and Business Process Analyst to join our team at our head office in Archerfield. This is a Permanent Monday to Friday role.
What youll be doing:
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Act as the link between Finance Operations and IT providing expertise on business systems and processes.
- Analyse and improve business workflows identifying opportunities for automation or system enhancement.
- Gather analyse and visualise data to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Ensure Dynamics AX processes follow best practice and support operational needs.
- Manage solution quality including testing documentation and compliance before deployment.
- Assess the impact of process or system changes and support stakeholders through transitions.
- Ensure strong process controls are in place to prevent fraud and address any identified gaps.
- Support change management processes and deliver training where required.
What youll need:
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations
- Experience with service ticketing support systems analysis solution design or application support
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Dynamics AX (or similar)
- Ability to analyse business processes and translate them into system or process improvements
- Comfortable working with data analysis and visualisation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of testing quality assurance and documentation
- Ability to assess impacts of system or process changes
- Awareness of internal controls compliance and risk considerations
- Degree qualified in Accounting Finance or Information Systems
- A CA or CPA qualification is desirable
