Description

As aLead Administrative Assistanthere at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. Your expertise will help streamline processes and enhance productivity across various functions.

You will report directly to the Vice President of Integrated Supply Chainand will support a group of four Executives in the Process Automation business. Youll work out of ourHouston Texaslocation on aHybridwork schedule.

In this role you will play a key role in the efficiency of our administrative functions allowing our team to focus on strategic initiatives and deliver exceptional results for our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks such as meeting organization calendar coordination travel planning and expense management to support the team effectively and efficiently.
  • Oversee scheduling correspondence and documentation to ensure timely communication and support organized and structured information flows.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations providing critical information for decision-making.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5 years of experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Teams) and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in managing schedules coordinating meetings and handling correspondence efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills to ensure tasks documents and communications are systematically managed.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
