Job Summary
As an Amazon Digital Operations Manager you will be an integral part of the Amazon Digital Global Logistics Operations team responsible for ensuring delivery of a world class end to end customer experience.

Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include:
- Optimize inbound and outbound inventory management for Mexico including factory logistic coordination logistic solutions and placement strategies.
- Lead complex analysis to drive key strategic decisions.
- Identify opportunities to deliver step-changes in supply chain operations.
- Liaise daily with cross functional teams to effectively manage key team objectives
- 5 years of supply chain inventory management or project management experience
- Bachelors degree or 3 years of professional or military experience
- Speak write and read fluently in Spanish
- Knowledge of the principles of statistical inventory control
- Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
- Experience working with Data & AI related technologies including but not limited to AI/ML GenAI Analytics Database and/or Storage

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
