Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Outpatient Clinic
Location: Trumansburg NY
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule:
Rotating Shifts (Days Nights Weekends)
5 shifts per week
8 hours per shift (40 hours/week)
Pay:
Local: $1987.50/week
Travel: $2393/week
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced RN to provide nursing care in an addiction recovery residential setting. Responsibilities include patient assessments medication administration monitoring patient conditions and collaborating with the care team to ensure quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care
Conduct physical and mental health assessments
Administer medications and monitor treatment plans
Observe and report patient condition changes
Maintain medication control and documentation
Triage medical issues and coordinate care with providers
Document patient care accurately
Collaborate with clinical and nursing teams
Requirements:
Active RN License
Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
BLS Certification
Ability to complete CPI training within 3 months
Medication competency exam required
Experience in outpatient residential or addiction care preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
