This role oversees all aspects of total rewards including compensation health & welfare benefits wellness programs retirement plans leave programs and employee health initiativesand ensures compliance with organizational goals market competitiveness and regulatory requirements. The AVP partners closely with executive leadership to ensure the organizations total rewards offerings support talent strategy financial stewardship and a culture of well-being.

Experience:
7-10 years of diverse Total Rewards experience or consulting environment designing company-wide compensation and benefits plans ensuring correlation with business strategy.
Education:
Bachelors degree in business education finance human resources management or a related field required.
Licensures/Certifications:
CCP CBP and/or CEBS required or willing to get within 2 years of hire.
