Job Summary
Under direct supervision the Laborer will assist with the maintenance of the buildings and surrounding areas associated with Athletics.
Responsibilities
- General cleaning including but not limited to offices lavatories waste/recycle removal and public areas.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge Skills Abilities:
- Ability to be active for 8 hours of walking.
- Ability to stand lift and have good balance.
- Ability to read write and follow oral/written instructions.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Able to do the following: high dusting vacuuming wet mopping trash removal stairwell cleaning snow shoveling window washing lavatory cleaning etc.
- Ability to work weekends home football game dates and have open availability.
- Valid Drivers License
Preferred Qualifications
- Education:High school diploma or GED. Vocational or technical training.
- Experience:3-5 years of work experience.
- Knowledge Skills Abilities:
- Understanding of chemicals supplies and equipment.
- Ability to stand lift have good balance and lift 50 lbs.
