The school is seeking a knowledgeable and organised Media Technician to support the Media and Creative Arts departments.
This role involves maintaining specialist equipment supporting practical lessons and ensuring that students can access the technical resources required for media production.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting both staff and students with technical processes across media film and digital production projects.
Maintain and manage media production equipment including cameras lighting and editing resources
Provide technical support during media lessons and practical sessions
Assist students with the use of editing software and digital production tools
Prepare equipment and resources for lessons and student projects
Ensure safe use and storage of specialist equipment
Support the organisation of student film projects and media productions
Assist with recording and editing school events and performances
Maintain equipment inventories and coordinate repairs where necessary
Support staff with technical requirements for media coursework projects

Experience working with media equipment and production software
