Job Summary
Overview:
The Paint Line Technician will work in our paint production facility located in the distribution center. As a Paint Line Technician you will apply coatings with all types of spray equipment to meet coverage performance and quality standards.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to follow verbal directions.
Ability to understand written policies and guidelines specifications and safety standards.
Operate production line equipment effectively and efficiently.
Prepare product for coating coat product and keep production moving.
Be able to mix and spray all products used in process.
Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot machine failures and make minor adjustments.
Ability to work in accordance with quality & safety standards policies and guidelines.
When available willing to assist others in maximizing efficiency.
Qualifications:
Able to communicate effectively with a team and have organizational skills.
Willing to work overtime.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand for 8 hours.
Machine operation and/or paint line experience preferred.
Willingness to train team members.
Ability to lead a team effectively and positively.
Flexibility in possible shift changes.
