Were looking forahighly talented commercial lawyer tojoin ourglobal Legal team.TheCommercialLegal Counsel provides legal and commercial support for Payoneers variety of engagements with its global suppliers and business partners.The position isbased inGurugram Haryana.

WhatYoull Do

Support and provide advice on global commercial transactions.

Review draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contractsincludingmaster service agreementsagreementsfor the purchase of goods and servicesSaaS agreements professional services agreements consulting agreements partnership agreements software licenses IT and hardware agreements.

Partner closely and support Procurementand otherbusinessteams with commercial business legal and risk guidance to align legal support with business goals.

Collaborate with business operations finance tech and other teams within Payoneer to achieve execution.

Support dispute resolution and legal & business risk assessments.

Develop scalable legal processes andsupport the continuous creation and improvement of standard form agreements and templates.

Conduct legal training and enablement for internal stakeholders.

Contribute to legal infrastructure for new product launches and market expansion.

Assist with ad hoc projects andinitiativesneeded to support evolving business and legal priorities.

Stay up to date with applicablelaws regulations and industry guidance that impact Payoneers commercial agreements.

WhatYoullBring

Qualified lawyer with3-5 years of meaningful relevant experience at global organizations or leading law firms.

Law degree (LLB or JD) from a leading academic institutionwith active bar membership.

Strong commercial/business orientation and outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skillsandcan-do attitude.

Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to draft and negotiate contracts.

Excellent English professional language skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment with flexibility toworkacrossdifferent time zones.

Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a large number and variety of mission-critical projects and work quickly under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of data protection regulations an advantage.

Experience in thefinancial services payments orglobal workforce solutionsindustryan advantage.
