Job Summary

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of production and development systems. Your typical day will involve providing technical support and maintenance for software products and configured services across different platforms. You will work both remotely and onsite addressing hardware and software issues while implementing technology solutions at the operating system level. Your role will require you to troubleshoot basic and intermediate level problems ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet the defined operating model and processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the documentation of technical processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge.- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).- Strong understanding of data visualization techniques and best practices.- Experience with data integration and transformation processes.- Familiarity with database management systems and querying languages.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
