The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring top technical talent across various domains such as software development data engineering DevOps cloud and cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities -
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and job requirements

Source candidates through LinkedIn job portals referrals networking and social media

Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate technical skills experience and cultural fit
-
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring teams
-
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout
-
Negotiate compensation and close candidates
-
Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
-
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent
-
Stay updated on current tech hiring trends and salary benchmarks
Required Skills & Qualifications -
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field

1 5 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT hiring)

Strong understanding of technical roles (Frontend Backend Full Stack DevOps Data Cloud etc.)
-
Experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean search LinkedIn recruiting)
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications -
Experience working with startups or product-based companies

Knowledge of modern tech stacks (Java Python React AWS Azure etc.)

Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
