Job Description

We are currently hiring Java Lead Developers for our client Credit One Bank in Las Vegas NV. This is a high-priority requirement and we are looking for strong candidates with expertise in Java WebFlux and Kafka who can lead development efforts in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable backend applications using Java and Spring ecosystem
Develop reactive microservices using Spring WebFlux
Implement event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka
Collaborate with architects product owners and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Write clean scalable and efficient code following best practices
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
Ensure performance security and reliability of applications

Required Skills

Strong experience in Java (8/11/17)
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring WebFlux
Experience with Apache Kafka for event streaming
Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture
Experience with REST APIs
Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases
Experience with Git CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
