Job Summary

We are hiring a Communication Specialist II / Constant Watch Staff for one of our clients in Bridgeton NJ.

Job Description:

Staff shall remain diligent when monitoring inmates housed in Constant Observation/Administrative Constant Watch Status and will constantly monitor the inmate.

Skills required:

Ability to complete the required training associated with the position
Ability to maintain continuous attention to detail. Ability to monitor and detect behavioral changes or signs of distress. Must have the ability to communicate in a clear calm and professional manner

Education required:

High School diploma or equivalent

Work hours:

TBD based on schedule;
7:00 AM 3:00 PM (7 positions)
3:00 PM 11:00 PM (7 positions)
11:00 PM 7:00 AM (8 positions)
Lunch Hours - TBD based on schedule 30 minutes unpaid
