Sr System Engineer Access review- Veza

We are looking for a passionate Backend Software Engineer who will play a key role in designing developing and maintaining the Access Review feature a new cutting-edge addition to our IAM platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust and scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a high-impact startup while working on cutting-edge technologies in the field of identity and access management.

You will:  

• Design develop and maintain backend services and APIs for our IAM platform ensuring high performance scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers other software engineers UX Designers and security experts to build product features that meet business objectives and security standards.
• Develop and maintain the Access Review feature a new cutting-edge addition to our IAM platform. 
• Develop and maintain identity lifecycle management features including user provisioning de-provisioning and access control policies.
• Implement logging monitoring and auditing capabilities to ensure visibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Continuously optimize and improve the performance security and scalability of the IAM platform through code reviews testing and refactoring.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in identity and access management and leverage them to drive innovation and improve our platform.

Qualifications :

• Proven 5 years in backend software development with a focus on identity and access management security or related areas.
• Strong proficiency in one or more object-oriented programming languages such as Golang Java.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols standards and best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform and familiarity with IAM services and features.

Others: 

• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) caching mechanisms and distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $143200 - $243400 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
