Job Summary

FMCG Sales Representative (Contract)

We are seeking a proactive and driven FMCG Sales Representative to join our team on a contractual basis in Ludhiana Punjab India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fast-moving consumer goods sales and a proven track record of success in driving revenue and building client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the FMCG sector.
Identify and acquire new customers by prospecting and lead generation.
Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Present and sell company products and services to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports.
Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices in FMCG sales.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (B.A.) in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 10 years of experience in FMCG sales.
Proven experience in sales particularly within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Based in or willing to relocate to Ludhiana Punjab India.
