Job Summary

Field Sales Representative - FMCG (Contract)

We are seeking a proactive and professional Field Sales Representative to join our team on a contract basis within the FMCG / Foods / Beverage industry. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to excel in sales and promotion within the vibrant market of West Bengal.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular outlet visits to promote products and build strong relationships with retailers.
Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets within assigned territories.
Implement promotional activities to drive product awareness and sales volume.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure product availability and optimal merchandising at all points of sale.

Qualifications:

Maximum of 5 years of experience in sales preferably within the FMCG sector.
Proven skills in Outlet Visit Sales and Promotion.
Strong understanding of sales and promotion techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively manage assigned responsibilities.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata West Bengal.
