Job Summary
Looking for a Shift incharge who can be based in Ludhiana from the carbon black manufacturing sector
Key Responsibilities:
Operations management:
Supervise daily activities ensure workflow runs smoothly and meet production or service targets for
the shift.
Staff management:
Assign tasks monitor performance provide training and feedback and manage staff schedules.
Safety and compliance:
Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed conduct inspections and report incidents.
Problem-solving:
Address operational and employee issues as they arise troubleshoot equipment problems and
resolve conflicts.
Coordination:
Liaise with other departments such as maintenance or quality control to ensure seamless
operations.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit shift reports maintain accurate logs and communicate daily activities to higher
management.
