Job Description:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status documentation and service queries.
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations warehouse and transport to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients.
Handle customer complaints and provide quick and effective resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of orders shipments and customer interactions.
Assist customers with documentation related to import/export and logistics services.
Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
