Were seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee the operational performance continuous improvement and strategic delivery of services across 2 villages. This role is ideal for a driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing complex logistics stakeholder relationships and highvolume operational oversight.
Reporting to the Area Manager youll be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery compliance performance and people leadership across the villages. Youll regularly engage with site managers client representatives contractors and internal teams to ensure performance standards and contractual obligations are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead support and mentor village management teams across two sites ensuring consistent operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety service quality and workforce capability.
- Manage budgets operational KPIs and contract delivery obligations.
- Ensure compliance with health safety environmental and quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients ensuring clear communication and alignment to expectations.
- Champion a positive workplace culture focused on safety accountability and teamwork.
About You
You are an influential and approachable leader with a proven track record in large-scale operations managementideally within FIFO facilities management hospitality or similar environments. You bring a high level of commercial acumen an ability to adapt quickly and strong capability in building engaged highperforming teams.
You will also demonstrate:
- 5 years experience in village management or operational management roles (remote operations highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of village and accommodation services
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities across dispersed teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid safety leadership and commitment to compliance standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
Role Requirements
- Manual drivers licence
- Approved Managers Licence
- Proficiency in INX software
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to pass medical and drug/alcohol screening
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Safety and training qualifications highly regarded
